The Coda Code

Our policies. Short, fair, and enforced. ← Back to Coda Blocks

1Be kind

Kindness is the whole culture here — it literally earns you perks (the Nice List). No bullying, no hate, no harassment. And to be clear: friendly banter is fine — saying "lol", "gg", or laughing together is never bullying. We punish meanness, not fun.

2Keep it clean

No swearing — in text chat or on the mic. Coda Blocks is for everyone, including young players. The chat filter catches text; the mic relies on you, and on reports when you slip.

3Play fair

No hacking, no cheating, no exploiting. Hacking the admin panel is an instant ban. Cheating in games ruins them for everyone.

4Be real

Real faces only in the age check — no AI photos, no game-character images. No pretending to be staff, owners, or other players.

5Create, don't copy

Everything you publish in Coda Maker must be your own work. No stolen games, art, or music — original creations only, same rule we hold ourselves to.

What happens if you break the Code

  1. First report: a warning — "Remember our policies." It links right back to this page. (−25 KP)
  2. Second report: a final warning — "If you do it one last time, your account might get banned." (−25 KP, Nice List perks lost)
  3. Third report (or something serious): account banned. Owners review every ban and can restore accounts that genuinely change.

Every report is reviewed by a human — a moderator, admin, or owner. False reports count as unkindness.
